ABOUT SHANNON CONKLIN

Shannon Conklin graduated from the University of Montana where she majored in Finance and Economics. She excelled in a career in banking and was named Vice President in less than 2 years. She was eventually given another prestigious promotion she could not pass up - “MOM”. Shannon left the banking industry to raise her family and use her finance background to help her husband, Todd, start Coldwell Banker Distinctive Properties, a real estate brokerage company specializing in residential, commercial and investment real estate. Founded in 2006 in the basement of their home with 2 agents, CBDP and now Coldwell Banker Commercial Prime Properties (CBCPP) has grown to multiple offices across 5 states with approx. 50 staff, 300 agents and almost $2 Billion in Sales Volume in 2021. Shannon has worn the hats of both CFO and President and is currently serving in an advisory capacity as President Emeritus. Shannon is also a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach as well as a Nationally Qualified Bikini Competitor. She is passionate about learning all she can to improve her own health and vitality as well as empowering others to achieve their health and fitness goals. She believes that how you show up in your health you show up everywhere. By improving your health and vitality you will also improve your relationships, your career, your confidence and your LIFE! Shannon lives in Scottsdale, Arizona with Todd and their 3 boys; Cole, Quinn & Cash.
