Manage a team of Recruiting Coordinators and partner across Talent Acquisition and Planning to ensure an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience is provided. • Serve as the first point of contact for all recruiting technology troubleshooting from recruiters, HRBPs, and hiring managers. Create and maintain Anywhere’s LinkedIn Life pages. • Special Projects include participating in ATS implementation, reporting/dashboard enhancements, and researching recruiting best practices. • Maintain and develop team documentation including processes, how-to guides, and SharePoint sites. • Revamp and oversee all candidate-facing collateral (interview invitations, experience surveys, offer letters, etc.). • Provide support in team meeting coordination, budget management, and contract coordination for new and existing vendors. Anywhere Real Estate underwent a name change in June 2022 and was formerly known as Realogy.
