ABOUT SHANNON BEAL
My career in real estate began in 2003, when I started working at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage. I quickly realized a passion for real estate and moved up the ranks becoming a mortgage lender. In 2007, I transitioned over to escrow closing, working for North American Title. It was there that I truly learned the ins and outs of every type of real estate transaction. I have extensive knowledge of title, escrow, drafting settlement statements, and the processes involved with short sales, new construction, and foreclosures.I joined my husband Jason at JBeal Real Estate Group in the summer of 2011. Since then I’ve assisted hundreds of buyers and sellers in Southern Minnesota and you can hear from them below. I average a sale price of 97% of list price for my sellers and love helping buyers make great investments.I have a passion for connecting people with homes and strive to provide the highest level of communication and professionalism with all of my clients. I have a great handle on the technology required to market homes with the greatest exposure. Since it’s launch, our website has brought in a huge amount of traffic and provides a great platform for house-hunting. I’m blessed to be able to work in a field I’m passionate about and I love sharing that passion with clients and the also the community that I’m proud to call home.Jason and I live in North Mankato with our three beautiful children, Savannah, Rowan, and Jovienne. I’m originally from Edgerton, MN and proud to be 100% Dutch. I love spending time with my kids, entertaining, decorating, playing the piano and giving back to the Greater Mankato community.
