   While technically this industry is considered logistics and supply chain (3PL), it encompasses much more than that, including materials and warehousing, with the main focus on reverse logistics and repair. As Quality/Vendor Manager I am responsible for ensuring our 3 vendor operations run smoothly and meet contractual metrics with both our team and with our end users. I manage 2 sites in the US and 1 in Canada. I was responsible for onboarding our 2nd US site and our Canadian site- working with a team to build them from the ground up. Not only do I work to build the relationship with our vendors, I also work directly with our large base of end users to ensure customer satisfaction and proactively get ahead of any potential issues. I also interact regularly with our manufacturing and engineering teams to expand breadth of knowledge and to ensure quality within our product.
