Over the past seven years, I’ve had the privilege of serving as BlueHub Capital’s external recruiting partner, supporting the organization through multiple phases of change and renewal. In that time, I’ve successfully hired 26 members of their roughly 50-person team, spanning administrative, management, and C-suite roles.Our collaboration began with a focus on expanding and diversifying the candidate pool, intentionally reaching beyond traditional channels to attract talent aligned with BlueHub’s mission and values.During the pandemic, when one of BlueHub’s business lines was winding down, I worked with leadership to help affected employees find new positions with other organizations—allowing BlueHub to avoid layoffs and continue paying those team members until they transitioned into their next roles. Later, I helped recruit new staff to launch and build out a new business line, aligning the team with evolving strategic priorities.Now that a Director of HR is in place, my goal is to partner collaboratively and supportively—offering recruiting, sourcing, and talent strategy expertise to complement her leadership and continue strengthening BlueHub’s team.
