   As a member of the Think Big team at the Multiplying Good Foundation, I am responsible for working with young people to help them unleash their potential and drive positive change in their communities. In my role, I wear many hats, including consulting with the Multiplying Good staff, planning youth summits, developing and managing volunteering projects, and collaborating with youth across the country on a national level.One of my key responsibilities is to consult with the Multiplying Good staff to help develop strategies for engaging and empowering youth. This involves providing insight into the needs, challenges, and opportunities facing young people today and making recommendations for how the foundation can best support them.I also take the lead in planning youth summits, which are designed to bring together young people from different backgrounds and regions to share ideas, learn new skills, and network with like-minded peers. These events are critical for building community and creating opportunities for youth to collaborate on projects that make a real difference in their communities.Another important aspect of my role is managing volunteering projects. I work with youth to identify the issues they care most about and help them develop and implement projects that address those issues. This involves everything from developing project plans and recruiting volunteers to securing funding and managing logistics.Finally, I collaborate with youth across the country on a national level to ensure that the Multiplying Good organization is meeting the needs of young people everywhere. This involves building relationships, sharing best practices, and creating opportunities for collaboration across borders and boundaries.I am passionate about empowering young people to take action and make a difference in their communities. Through my work, I am committed to creating a more just, equitable, and sustainable future for all.
