Elaborate, update, and implement the value creation strategy for commercial assets- Coordinate internal teams in management, legal, sales, and operations to develop medium-term budgets, including rental forecasts and proposals for property asset valuation (major renovations, improvement works, cost control, lease renegotiation)- Conduct financial modeling through 5-year business plans- Monitor and control the activities of operational teams (including validation of commercial operations and investments, monitoring tenant turnover risks, and anticipating leasing events) in collaboration with clients- Contribute to the collection and centralization of real estate and financial information, ensuring the implementation and updating of management tools- Analyze group performance and indicators (vacancy rate, tenant performance, rent evolution, lease expiration, footfall in shopping centers, etc.)- Evaluate and assess investment projects- Actively participate in internal and external reporting, in coordination with the controlling department.Provide support to other teams or departments on various projects- Participate in acquisition or divestment projects- Manage agreements with partners and subcontractors (fees, contractual terms, etc.)- Identify and evaluate new services that could be deployed in the centers- Contribute to initiatives aimed at increasing business profitability (revenue growth, cost reduction, etc.)- Prepare dashboards and reporting elements requested by the headquarters.
