   My work here has focused in the Federal and State Healthcare space using analytics and data visualizations to support data-driven decision making across a wide variety of clients.I currently support multiple clients in the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid (CMMI) through various analytics efforts to drive the industry towards Value-Based Care.I previously led a team of 10, delivering healthcare data analytics efforts to support my military client\'s missions of Readiness, Safety, Quality, and Access to Care. Our team works to provide the best data resources in a data siloed landscape to address critical healthcare inquiries.My prior client was tasked with creating a culture of patient safety and quality within a major military health system. The program I supported encourages a systems approach to creating a safer patient environment, engaging leadership; promoting collaboration across all stakeholder groups. As the organization underwent a large restructuring effort, I supported this program in its transition efforts through key data analysis initiatives. I previously led a workstream of six team members where my client was interested in streamlining their data warehouse to include data from various disparate sources, including Medicaid and non-Medicaid data. My focus was engineering a data model and reporting tables which supported ad-hoc as well as Tableau-dashboard based reporting. Currently, six Tableau dashboards are live, supporting decision-making for Long-Term Services and Supports in the state.Another previous healthcare client undertook multiple electronic health records and interoperability initiatives with a focus on patient safety implications. Specifically, the concentration was on an ecosystem of projects with a focus on understanding performance and operation of their infrastructure and communication with their external Partners. The health of this program was quantified through detailed analysis of performance across multiple applications.
