BOSS provides highly experienced Production Operators, Mechanics, I&E technicians, and Automation personnel supporting land, offshore, and LNG operations. Our team is committed to delivering top-tier service both in the Gulf of Mexico and onshore. Previously, as Vice President of Project Systems at Shamrock Energy Solutions, I played a key role in operational oversight across multiple units, including instrumentation, electrical, and mechanical divisions. Developing field personnel has always been one of my greatest passions. I believe in equipping individuals with the tools, training, and opportunities needed to grow into leadership roles. A title does not define a person—character, work ethic, and how you treat people do. I have never forgotten those who supported me throughout my own career, and I remain committed to paying that forward. I believe wholeheartedly that PEOPLE build great companies.
