ABOUT SHANNA PLEMMONS

MasterCare in Home Services provides personalized, quality home care while promoting wellness and independence at affordable prices.Healthy living in the home is my main focus. My goal is to provide an all encompassed home care experience that not only includes the basics, such as bathing and shopping but also incorporates healthy living lifestyles, such as good nutrition. In the next year MasterCare plans to begin offering amenitites such as fitness, diet education and more ideas to come.I am currently endeavoring to become an R.N. and have completed all prerequisites for a nursing program and am awaiting entry to a program. My hope is that through nursing I will continue to raise the bar of services MasterCare has to offer and be able to better serve my clients through education.My career life has lead me to my current position of Owner Operator of MasterCare in Home Service Providers. I\'ve worked in several SNF\'s (skilled nursing facility) primarily as Business Office Manager, however I began as a receptionist. From reception I moved to Medical Records where I was the department head for 4 years at Monarch Care Center in Des Moines. I accepted an offer from ParkWest Care Center in West Seattle as their Business Office Manager and essentially worked for the same companies until working for Life Care at Hallmark in Federal Way.At Hallmark Manor I met some great people and we developed MasterCare together as a group. However, over the long term I became the sole owner.Along with a focused business life I maintain a happy home with my family and pets. I love the outdoors and go on week long cycling trips with family. Traveling and spending time with friends and love ones is always a favorite.
