I am an Electrical and Electronics Engineer started my Career as instrumentation and Maintenance Engineer in a Cement industry, and moved in to Automation industry, which involves PLC Programming, Commissioning and maintenance planning. I am SAP Certified PM Consultant, PMI Certified PMP (Project Management Professional), PMI Certified ACP ( Agile certified Practitioner) and Certified Scrum Master I have 18 years exposure to SAP Plant maintenance, ranging from Super user, Maintenance Planner and culminating in my present role as Senior SAP PM / CS functional consultant which I have held since 2008. During this time I have successfully completed number of full Life cycle implementations and upgrades of SAP PM / CS, MRS, MAM, PLM / EAM Release 4.6C, 4.7C, ECC5 and ECC6, as well as served the role of Team lead on a number of Global rollouts throughout Europe and Asia. I have being involved extensively in defining the blueprint requirement of the clients based on their Service / manufacturing / retail operations, as well as their respective maintenance strategies & translating them into the correct SAP Functionality, including SAP PM / CS Configuration to realize the design, integration with FI/CO, PS, PI and MM. These Implementations required detailed involvement in Data migration, creation via upload tools, defining and facilitating the transactional data cutover planning, and also included End User Training material creation and presentation. In cases where Standard SAP did not successfully meet the client’s requirements, I have being involved in drafting functional specifications for ABAP developers to develop custom coding in various User exits / custom screen designs or Custom tools to improve the end user experience or enhance User compliance to Business rules / and to Country specific Government standards.
