Before joining Senchola, I worked as a Fraud and Claims Operations Analyst at Wells Fargo for over three and half years, where I played a pivotal role in safeguarding financial transactions and ensuring the integrity of our operations. I effectively investigated and mitigated potential fraudulent activities while processing claims accurately and adhering to company policies. Additionally, I developed and delivered training sessions on fraud detection patterns, contributing to a more vigilant and proactive culture.
