   Actively involved in commissioning of the TPA Propylene Glycol (PG) Plant Expansion, from pre-commissioning to successful startup.• Reviewed and validated P & IDs; and PFDs against actual plant layout; identified mismatches and coordinated corrections with design and project teams.• Participated in loop checking, interlock validation, and performance trials for process and utility systems including reactors, heat exchangers, compressors, and pumps.• Verified DCS/PLC control logic and ensured process interlocks matched design intent, enhancing plant reliability and safety compliance.• Collaborated with EPC/design teams for punch point clearance, as-built documentation, and system handover.• Operated and monitored Propylene Oxide hydrolysis process for industrial and food-grade Propylene Glycol production.• Participated in HAZOP and safety review meetings, gaining exposure to process safety systems, relief valves, and interlock design.• Performed cooling tower efficiency checks, heat exchanger performance evaluations, and process optimization studies.
