Analyze pending material reconciliations metrics to uncover trends and find root causes of inaccuracy. Help other functional teams with data analysis by identifying and managing the GAP to fix Root cause. Support cross-functional teams on the day-to-day execution of projects and initiatives. Single Point Of Contact/ Administrator of 3 No’s internal applications in IIMS portal to help actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the end user experience for project management and related invoice tracking and automated vendor invoice processing. Function as the liaison between the project department and the other supporting functional departments (IT,FC & A,Warehouse, Procurement,SAP etc) to properly and timely resolve the relevant issues related to the applications Monitoring, analyzing and circulating data on pending Billable Route to all related functional teams to close all gaps Help with data in Closure of OLD \"OPEN\" Contract/ Service orders in SAP for GST implementation Pro-actively recommend process/ system improvements, and manage implementation in SAP & IIMS portal Analyzed, reconciled and followed-up circle deployment teams to help NHQ FC & A capture correct data (Small Cell & WiFi Sites) in SAP on CAPITALIZATION of Assets/ related cost Periodic visit to circles for reconciliations and closure of OLD/ ABSCONDING vendor’s material stocks and to reconcile with the vendor accounts and provides amicable full and final settlements with proper justification of old disputed/ unsettled vendor accounts Visited circles to reconcile with the vendors against old lying stock and liquidation of the same.Calculated and DEBITED vendors against lost/ stolen or damaged stock Analyzed, followed-up and help NHQ FC & A and O&M team Reconcile “Temporary WBS and drop site WBS” and help reduce additional materials/ ensure correct consumptions Worked with various Audit teams in support of old vendors stock Materials reconciliations.
