Transformation rarely begins with techniques.It begins with awareness—and the right guidance.My journey started at a familiar crossroads: Engineering or Medicine—the classic Bengali middle-class dilemma. Alongside academics, I was exposed to music, literature, and the arts, eventually choosing to learn the tabla. That early blend of discipline and creativity shaped how I understand rhythm, alignment, and human performance.Educated at Kendriya Vidyalaya, I learned to connect across languages, regions, and social backgrounds. Life tested that grounding when I lost my father during my engineering years. I completed my education with financial support and consciously chose to build my own path in the IT industry.Over the next 15 years, I worked across multiple business domains, led digital transformation initiatives, managed high-performance teams, and functioned as an intrapreneur within complex organizations. These experiences sharpened my ability to think systemically, make decisions under pressure, and understand how people actually operate inside demanding environments.Along the way, a deeper realization emerged: technology transforms systems, but mindset transforms outcomes.This insight led me into advanced study and practice of NLP, HUNA, and the Silva Method. What began as personal exploration evolved into a structured, applied approach to helping professionals access clarity, shift internal limitations, and perform at a higher level—without burnout or years of trial and error.Today, I design and facilitate transformational workshops and masterclasses where these methods are applied in practical, grounded ways.
