Expert in all Forging and machining processes (hot forging,cold forgings, hot and cold ring rolling ), Machining, Gear cutting, heat treatment and all other engineering processes. Various project\'s handling start from RFQ, cost negotiation, process finalisation,APQP, processes establisment, approval and till handover to production. practical experience on APQP, PPAP, PFMEA and control plan. Completed Various cost reductions, yield improvement, productivity improvement, rejection reduction prjects effectively. can identify and execute various improvement and cost reduction projects at inhouse and supplier end.
