Inspection Agreement signoff & Handover to their parts to Inward QA & In Process QA. • Gauge planning after final Customer approval, Supplier selection for gauge with competitive cost, Concept finalization from supplier, Correlation & handover to Std Room for Calibration. • Facing PPAP Audit for new Product, PPAP Document Submission, Audit point closer through Customer required methodology, Customer specific requirement, PSW signoff, AOI signoff from customer as per customer specific requirement. • Monitoring New product, study past Problem & implement it in new Product to avoid lead time (TGR & TGW) & safe handover to regular Quality after trial & improvement. • Responsible for Initial Process Capability study & Improvement & BOP parts Quality improvement. • Development New CMM Program for NEW develop parts. • Training to new manpower. • Supporting to Handover the NPD Project to Production without lead time. • Technical Support to Supplier in order to reduce component development time & to meet customer Event time line.
