Oversee and manage operations across all plants, ensuring smooth operation of the control room and handling field-related tasks. Responsible for the start-up and shut-down of the Air Separation Unit (ASU), ensuring oxygen and nitrogen supply is aligned with consumer consumption levels. Execute the thawing process for turbines and distillation systems to maintain optimal performance and safety. Operate various process equipment including centrifugal compressors, booster air compressors, nitrogen compressors, chiller units, and cryogenic pumps, ensuring seamless operation and timely changeovers based on process requirements. Operate and monitor Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) units with capacities of 200 Nm³/hr Prepare daily and monthly production reports detailing system performance, efficiency, and any maintenance activities. Ensure all safety protocols are adhered to prior to ASU plant start-up, including hazard assessments and emergency preparedness. Preparing daily & monthly production reports Operation of all process equipment like centrifugal compressor, booster air compressor, Nitrogen Compressor, chiller units, cryogenic pumps is changed over as per process requirements.
