I am currently part of the Mahindra Leadership Program (MLP), the flagship leadership pipeline of the Mahindra Group. As part of the MLP, I am working at the Group Strategy Office (GSO) as Manager of Strategy.I have completed my Post Graduate Diploma in Management in Operations and Supply Chain Management from S.P. Jain Institute of Management and Research, Mumbai.I have worked as an Assistant Manager in the Passenger Car Manufacturing Engineering Team with Hyundai Motor India Limited for 36 months, executing new car projects like Verna, i20, and Alcazar. During my tenure at HMIL, I developed expertise in manpower handling, project management, innovative thinking, and gained a comprehensive understanding of the manufacturing industry. Additionally, I proposed cost-saving and weight-reduction ideas to boost the organisation\'s profitability.I am a Bachelor of Technology (Mechanical) graduate from Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Kerala. I graduated as the Third rank holder (Bronze Medalist) from the college. I held positions of the Class Representative for the batch of 80 for 4 years and Chairman of Vidyut 2019 at my college.I am an optimistic individual who loves organising activities and is a team player, having handled leadership roles. With a willingness to take up challenges, I have demonstrated perseverance in highly competitive environments and am always striving to learn. In my free time, I enjoy travelling and exploring different places.
