Hello! I\'m Shanivi Gupta, a UX Designer and I transform insights into experiences that drive engagement and business growth. I have a Master\'s degree in HCI from San Jose State University and a Bachelor’s degree in CS from Manipal Institute of Technology. This background gives me a unique mix of problem-solving skills and empathy that I bring to the iterative design process. I have had the opportunity to work with companies around the globe within Healthcare, Fintech and SaaS sectors where I led end-to-end projects on design, research, and usability testing. I\'m skilled in using prototyping tools like Figma, Adobe and Axure RP, and I\'m passionate about creating intuitive experiences and working on technologies that are accessible, inclusive, and innovative. Key Achievements include: Welldoc: Led a comprehensive usability audit of the Welldoc mobile app and enhanced patient engagement through behavior-centric dashboards. Adapted designs for multi-platform use, improving user interface and experience. Radian: Boosted user comprehension and satisfaction by identifying and fixing over 20 critical usability issues, significantly enhancing the conversion rates and streamlining the closing process. Honeywell: Enhanced operational efficiency by redesigning the electronic software distribution portal, saving over 10 hours weekly and automating routine processes. Devolum: Redesigned the user interface of \'Courseas\' online platform, achieving a 90% task completion rate in usability testing, reflecting deep user engagement.
