Hi, I\'m Shanita and I help kids and grownups recognize the courage already inside them—so they can activate it and emerge victorious in their lives. I created Courage Magic aka a movement to help people of all ages discover and activate their inner courage.For over 10 years, I\'ve helped adults overcome fear, burnout, and self-doubt through the Courage Kit®—a proven 4-phase framework featured in a TEDx talk, a LinkedIn Learning course, and my book Dear Durga. Now, I\'m bringing this transformational work to children through: A-Z rhyming books that make courage memorable and fun Goldie Heart, a courage companion kids can count on SEL activities, audio experiences, and resources for families, classrooms, and communitiesThe heart of it all? Teaching people—young and old—that courage isn\'t something you have to find. It\'s already inside you, waiting to be activated.I\'m also a mom of three courageous kids, veteran spouse, artist, and Fulbright Scholar. I am a certified life coach accredited through the International Coaching Federation\'s Leadership That Works: Coaching For Transformation program. I created Courage Magic so that I could use my skills as a coach and educator to help people activate courage and live victorious lives. I am an award-winning writer and have contributed to various platforms that include ForbesWomen, Thrive Global, and Brown Girl Magazine.
