Resolving queries and providing guidance on processes within Mercury, Ui Path and Dynamic. My expertise extends to consulting with partners and their teams, guiding them to enhance profit margins and solidify their financial foundations. Proactively engage in monthly strategic meetings with partners and their teams, where I deliver critical insights into their book of business operations that may lead to lost revenue if unaddressed. Offering advice on mitigating losses and emphasize the importance of timely billing to maximize net unbilled earnings before project completion. Through proficient use of Excel for formula-based risk assessment, I safeguard partners\' books of business from potential revenue leakage. Assisting with preparing time and expense reports and preparing Power BI and E4E reports to share with teams. Currently monitoring over 20 partners\' financial portfolios, collectively valued at approximately $23.9 million. Additionally, I monitor overdue invoices and collaborate with different teams to expedite payments, ensuring strong & healthy financial operations and client satisfaction.
