Shanika has applied these talents to provide early-stage Biotech/health tech support, contributing to innovative solutions for complex health challenges.From spearheading groundbreaking initiatives in infectious disease management among incarcerated populations, and working amongst the elderly population in a primary care setting, to advocating for diversity and inclusion in healthcare startups, Shanika has demonstrated her unwavering dedication to underserved populations.
