I work in a friendly, supportive and professional way, taking the time to understand what educators are looking for and what schools and LAs need to deliver the best outcomes for their pupils.My role is centred around people. That means understanding what teachers, tutors and support staff want from their next step, as well as helping schools find the right professionals to support their classrooms.
