I am passionate about finding and nurturing talent that can help Ro achieve its mission of providing accessible and affordable healthcare to millions of patients. As the Associate Director, Recruiting, I have led a team of recruiters, sourcers and coordinators who are responsible for hiring across various functions, such as operations, pharmacy, lab, finance, marketing & growth, communications, legal and high-volume functions. I have also built & oversee the internal mobility program and have led the Black@Ro employee resource group for the past 3 years. These programs aim to support the career development and diversity of our employees. In my current role, I leverage my skills in sourcing, communication, and relationship-building to identify and attract high-potential candidates who share Ro\'s vision and values. I also collaborate with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand their hiring needs, create effective sourcing strategies, and ensure a positive candidate experience. Additionally, I manage the performance and growth of my team, providing them with coaching, feedback, and recognition. Since joining Ro in 2018, I have contributed to hiring over 400+ employees, increasing the diversity of our talent pool, and improving our retention and engagement metrics.
