   Owned and launched the Strategic Infrastructure Data Initiative focusing on long-term data management processes, data systems & architecture project prioritization to increase scalability and reduce incremental variable cost, accelerate processes and efficiency; integrate workflows for 4+ data repositories; and automate reporting of manual processes.• Managed technical strategic projects via large scale cross-functional team collaborations of 20+ people in product, engineering, IT, operations, finance, risk management and business unit teams to integrate data flows & systems following our $13 Billion E*TRADE acquisition. • Executed in-depth impact and data quality analyses using SQL to validate data integrity and ensure accurate tactical reporting in of designing and deploying a dynamic credit aggregation exposure product for single name limits in private banking to enable automated risk reporting. • Defined requirements and drove the end-to-end development of a standalone, collateral-based non-recourse facility rating methodology to standardize overall facility ratings across 3+ credit products, improving credit risk evaluation.• Led the end-to-end delivery of the Credit Risk Management internal knowledge platform, driving alignment between wealth management and institutional securities group cross-functional teams to enhance understanding of risk operations and created a central resource for 700+ employees, offering governed access to process manuals, user guides, underwriting standards, templates, and policies and procedures.
