About Shanice Maxwell
Shanice A. Maxwell graduated from Cornell University with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Labor Relations and a minor in Communication. She is a recent graduate of Fairfield University where she received a Masters of Art in Elementary Education. She is dedicated to fighting for social justice and education reform as it pertains to students of color and students in under-valued areas. Shanice recognizes the direct correlation between the classrooms in these areas and underprepared adults.
