Responsible for the configuration, customization, and deployment of the billing platform and electronic health record. • The Onboarding Manager gathers knowledge about business processes from healthcare providers in order to effectively determine project scope, customer and product requirements. Propose solutions that work for the practice’s optimal workflow.•. Monitors practice’s analytics and insights to ensure the platform is performing effectively prior to implementation completion. Guides providers through end user training that highlights sending claims, revenue management, and patient documentation.•. Owns the project status and estimated launch dates.
