Resourcing new candidates for a variety of clients in the local area.• Navigate a number of different job boards and social media platforms to source suitable applicants, advertising vacancies by placing adverts on a number of sites.• Liaise with the candidate and update their CV to ensure it showcases their strongest attributes. • Ensure I have a good understanding of my client’s needs and develop a strong relationship with the hiring manager, enabling me to support them with their upcoming requirements.• Speak with the candidates who have applied for the adverts, to get a real understanding of what they are looking for. Once their details have been passed on to a suitable client, I ensure the candidate is kept up to date throughout the recruitment process, such as interviews and initial telephone correspondence.• Acting Pertemps Account Manager for the Royal Mail Project which I have run for many years. I look after the Swan Valley, Crow Lane, Daventry, Wellingborough, St James & Kettering Depots.• Liaise with the Royal Mail Site Managers and discuss their upcoming agency requirements.• Acting NHS Account Manager for the local area; supporting the client with Temporary and Permanent recruitment, predominantly for General Porters, Maintenance Assistants, Domestic and Catering Assistants.• Due to the nature of the NHS Account, the client’s compliance team does require an enhanced DBS clearance, which I am trained to process. It is my responsibility to obtain a three-year work history for each successful candidate, to ensure they are compliant. • Payroll duties, such as loading weekly bookings, updating client information, update new pay and charge rates, chase clients for Health & Safety and Terms Of Business documentation to ensure we are compliant to supply. • Assist our on-call night team with any evening and weekend queries when on call. This enables us to maintain a good relationship with our existing clients, should they need us out of hours
