ABOUT SHANIA T. DALEY

My name is Shania Daley. I am a graduate of Syracuse University, College of Engineering and Computer Science, and have secured my Master\'s and Bachelor\'s degrees. I am a diligent and hard-working individual who enjoys bringing passion and determination into the workplace and the teams I\'ve had the pleasure of working on. My background has challenged and helped grow my problem-solving, organization, communication, resiliency, ability to be patient and has allowed me to work well under pressure. I am always excited to learn and show off my newfound skills to peers. Creativity has always been something that keeps the world spinning for me. I love bringing creativity and new innovative ideas into my personal and work projects and I love encouraging others to be more vocal about the creative ideas they may have in mind. As a new member of the industry, I am working to navigate my career in the direction of passion. I want to love what I do and do what I love while representing companies that do great things to help others grow. I am passionate about expanding on my experience and skillset and collaborating and networking with other passionate professionals.
