As KindWork Program Director I help oversee a committed staff passionate about helping young people launch meaningful careers in the tech sector. I work closely with the Managing Director, Program Coordinator, Young Adult Recruitment Specialist, and Industry Consultants to ensure an outcomes-driven culture focused on the successful recruitment, enrollment, training, placement, and coaching for three or more cycles of young adults in the Customer Experience Fellowship annually. I represent the KindWork program in Brooklyn Workforce Innovations Senior Team Meetings with support from the Managing Director as needed. As Program Director I directly manage the Young Adult Recruitment Specialist and also oversee aspects of the Program Coordinator\'s day-to-day responsibilities.
