Re-energised the Programme.$48m budget (Phase 1). • Led cross global business (GBM, CMB, GPB, RBWM) & cross functional teams across over 60 countries to meet N1 Monitor Commitment set by Regulator • Established governance structure eg Steerco, Working Groups, utilising existing where possible.• Mobilised global Front to Back Teams -cascaded Group TOM across 4 lines of business, worked with in country teams and FCC Ops. • Central collation of artefact evidence incl customer remediation. Over 500 local/ global stakeholders engaged• Key delivery for cross functional team included legal and risk liaison to drive country data privacy approvals to use a 3rd party system, new consistent Business DQ scorecards, over 100 critical customer data elements enabling cross business view and FCC use, used external data source for organisation / individuals accuracy indicator.• Implemented Registry of unique group global customer ids to cross reference records with over 50m records and API Cloud, incl establishing customer extension platform. 1st Data Services development using Agile, creating DevOps capability• Continual adoption of Cloud capability to utilise customer service across businesses and functions
