About Shane White
As a strategic leader within Integra LifeSciences’ Global Compliance team, I am responsible for supporting the Company’s Global Compliance program which includes all healthcare professional engagements for the US and OUS, reviewing and monitoring US and OUS Educational Grants, reviewing and monitoring all third-party marketing and sponsorships, overseeing our global Sunshine Reporting programs, developing and administrating global compliance training, and executing and reviewing auditing and monitoring of global compliance policies and procedures. I am also the primary compliance business partner for the US and CALA.My passion for healthcare stems from my education at Penn State University, where I earned a Bachelor of Science in Business with a minor in Health Policy and Administration. I also serve my community as the President of the Philadelphia Chapter of the Penn State Alumni Association, where I organize events, programs, and initiatives to foster and strengthen the Penn State network in the Philadelphia region.
