Having worked in the office supplies industry for over 18 years, I\'ve learned a thing or two along the way. My early career started in customer service, and I think this is where my drive and passion for helping customers started. After several roles including sales and managerial positions, I decided that in 2018 it was time to build a business of my own, and OWS (Omniwise) was born.Over the years, OWS has changed and adapted to meet the needs of our customers, with a significant focus on workplace furniture and ergonomics. While we still supply general workplace products such as office supplies, our customers have benefited from ergonomic workplace furniture and products for both physical and mental well-being. By promoting proper posture, reducing strain, and increasing comfort, these solutions enhance focus and productivity, minimise health risks like back pain and eye strain, and contribute to a healthier and happier workforce.I understand that the office supplies market is competitive.
