ABOUT SHANESE ROBINSON

One word to describe me would be Driven. I am results driven, motivated, and very attentive to detail. I have held various roles from Customer Service,Human Resources & Recruitment, Business Development, and Training & Development. My goal has always been to help people and be an asset to any company I became apart of. My experience in training and development is deeper than the title. I always made sure I was the best at my role and in turn always volunteered to help others to be as good as me or better. I found my passion for business development and sales as recruiter and preparing for the next role, which was a Business Development Manager. The first account I acquired quickly became an anchor account bringing in $10k/wk. The second account was even larger with over 80 requisitions needing to be filled. Since seeing those results my passion grew and so did my lead generation skills. I had a short tenure as a Director of Training and Development, but the most rewarding, before being quickly promoted to the Vice President of Operations in less than 30 days not only because of my potential but my results in just a short period of time as a trainer. As the VP I not only oversaw 4 departments but managed 3 of them until the management roles for each were filled to ensure that daily operations were at 100%. I believe in servant leadership and putting my best foot forward through any challenge to motivate others to do the same to meet both professional and personal goals.
