About Shane Rogers

I’m a founder/CEO turned COO of an integrated wellness platform, with a career that has evolved from Class medical devices to consumer products and services at scale. I work at the intersection of product design, engineering, and operations, where ideas either break or compound.I’ve built teams, grown portfolios, scaled global supply chains, structured financings, and led across multiple divisions. I’ve helped take products from sketch to factory to market, earned 15+ patents along the way, and learned, often the hard way, what actually works when theory meets reality.For more than a decade, I’ve taught these lessons as an Adjunct Lecturer at Santa Clara University, distilling real-world building, breaking, and rebuilding into frameworks others can use.Still learning.
