I am a product manager specializing in operations and internal systems. I have experience scaling complex cross-functional processes, and maintaining strategic roadmaps with business and executive stakeholders. I\'ve worked on both sides of the \"AR\" organization model, both in acquisition and retention. I\'ve worked in at launch and growth phase companies - leading initiatives that rapidly scale operations. I have experience expanding the national market for 2 different companies. My goal as a product manager is to build impactful experiences - whether it is for a customer or an internal team.
