I’m the SVP – Global Head of Risk Management, Budget, and Strategic Planning at Lazard, where I lead risk management for our Information Security team. That means I get to tackle everything from security awareness and third-party risk to audits, data loss prevention, GRC, and managing our information security budget basically, I’m the one making sure the “what ifs” never turn into “oh no’s.”I started my career in finance and operations, but somewhere along the way, I fell in love with technology and cybersecurity and now I get to live at the intersection of business strategy and tech every day.I’m proudly from the Bronx, and no matter how far my career takes me, community is at the heart of who I am. Whether it’s volunteering at my son’s football games, helping plant trees in local parks, or mentoring students, I believe in giving back to the place that shaped me.When I’m not on meetings, classroom, or on the field with my son, you can usually find me teaching as an Adjunct Professor of Business at The New School or a Continuing Education Teacher at CUNY Hostos Community College sharing real-world lessons, sparking curiosity, and proving that learning doesn’t have to be boring.I’m honored to have received the Outstanding Leadership Award from the NYPD Explorer Academy and to be a member of The National Leadership Society Westchester Chapter. At the end of the day, I believe knowledge is power and the best kind of power is the kind you share.
