As Manager of Program Operations I maintain functional management of day-to-day operations such as customer support, wholesale market activities, event dispatches, as well as reporting and data processing. I am responsible for oversight of the program ops team, ensuring that processes are defined and staff are trained to execute program objectives. I also act as a liaison between ops and the program design and product/tech teams.
