I am a Chief Financial Officer with a 20-year career path in turning around underperforming publicly and privately held companies. While finance is my main strength, I am a proponent for productive business functions and workflows, leading me to work with operational teams to uncover and resolve inefficiencies. At Peacock Alley Inc, I led our 42-member team in overhauling the Accounting, Manufacturing, Customer Service, IT, and Warehouse operations. As a result of our efforts, we increased our credit line with a lower interest rate and turned around our EBITDA and our company culture. My skills in SEC reporting are best exemplified in my work as a CFO for two publicly held companies, where I assisted them in demonstrating compliance and resolving inaccurate reporting. I led HASCO Medical Inc. in bringing their SEC filing up-to-date and accurately reporting their finances as their CFO. I also prepared their external financial reports, effectively responded to SEC comments, and restructured their accounting department. After I fixed their finances, I negotiated a stock agreement purchase and led them in selling the company to our largest competitor at a $6.5 million CAP increase.On another occasion, I prepared external financial reports, SEC 14C reverse I forward stock split, and SEC 15 (SEC 15-12) securities termination. I also responded to SEC comments as the CFO and VP of Strategic Planning at Cistera Network Inc. I significantly decreased Cistera\'s number of shareholders and administrative expenses by filing SEC Form 15 to transfer public shares from BB to OTC Pink Sheet Markets.I am a servant leader and pride myself on never asking my personnel to do anything that I wouldn\'t do. Additionally, I believe a leader should adjust their approach to coaching and mentoring to the multiple individuals they direct rather than requiring numerous individuals to adjust to one.
