Recent Michigan State University graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing who is motivated and eager to take the next step in my career. I have had experience in various roles such as B2C sales, customer service, hospitality, and logistics. As a mortgage loan officer at Rocket Mortgage, I applied my marketing degree and skills to generate leads, qualify prospects, and close deals in the competitive mortgage industry. I completed a top-tier sales training program provided by the company. Additionally, I successfully passed the NMLS SAFE test to obtain my NMLS license. In doing so, I demonstrated my commitment to preparation, comprehensive knowledge, and professionalism.I learned from some of the best in the industry and gained valuable knowledge and experience in customer service, negotiation, communication, and compliance. I left Rocket Mortgage in October 2023 and have been working at FedEx Ground as a parcel delivery driver, while searching for a new career opportunity that aligns with my passion and goals. I am excited and open to exploring different roles and industries that can leverage my marketing and sales skills and offer me growth and development.
