Provided leadership for a non-profit arts and cultural organization cofounded by Stephen Spielberg’s Righteous Persons Foundation and the Andrea and Charles Bronfman Philanthropies. Among the productions are events, exhibitions, recordings, books, films, DIY activity toolkits, and apps. • Helped develop and manage a network of over 500 volunteers made up of the country’s leading young creatives, activists and entrepreneurs— film directors and producers; founders and executives of the websites Google, Facebook, and Buzzfeed; creators and senior writers of the television shows such as Transparent, The Office, and Orange is the New Black; journalists from New York Times Magazine, LA Times, Wall Street Journal and San Francisco Chronicle; community organizers; creative academics; non-profit leaders; chefs, actors, digital media strategists at the forefront of creative enterprise. • Managed the implementation of products and programs resulting from a design thinking workshop conducted in collaboration with IDEO- including the development of an app designed to help people unplug on the weekends. • Developed and implemented multiple successful programs, including the National Day of Unplugging (which achieved significant scale and received multiple national awards for PR/Marketing) and Sukkah City (the second most entered public architecture competition in American history). • Managed outreach and marketing for programs that yielded over 1 million online users, 1,400 live events with over participants, and 1,472 broadcast, print and online media stories with over 1.5 billion media impressions. These programs were all scaled from small pilot programs with a few hundred initial participants. • Managed an annual budget of over $2 million and helped raise over $14 million total.• Completely rebuilt all internal operations, including fund development, financial management, marketing and outreach and IT infrastructure.
