   As the Head of Global HR Technology at Nike, I lead a 100‑person organization with a global footprint and senior leaders reporting into my team. My work centers on shaping the strategy, delivery, and operational excellence of Nike’s HR technology ecosystem—ensuring our platforms scale with the needs of a dynamic, worldwide workforce.In this role, I own the end‑to‑end HR technology landscape, including Core HR, workforce planning, payroll, total rewards, time & absence, talent management, talent acquisition, learning, integrations, and data security. My focus is building a secure, consistent, and modern employee experience that supports Nike’s long‑term people and business strategy.A major part of my responsibility includes delivering complex global transformation programs. Currently, I’m leading a two‑year,$34M initiative to implement UKG Pro Time & Absence across the enterprise, replacing two end‑of‑life systems and strengthening our workforce management foundation.I also serve as the primary technology partner to the CHRO and Nike’s executive HR leadership team. In this capacity, I help shape strategic technology direction, guide platform investments, strengthen governance, and align HR operations around a more integrated and digitally enabled ecosystem. My role brings together strategy, organizational leadership, and deep technology delivery to advance Nike’s global workforce capabilities.
