   Lead Disney’s global People Insights data strategy and platforms organization, overseeing 40+ person team across data engineering, product engineering, governance/quality, and security.• Operate a modern HR data lakehouse in Snowflake, integrating 15+ HR systems (core HR, ATS, learning, surveys/Qualtrics, and more) across nearly every region/country.• Enable active users with governed, easy-to-consume data products (curated views, extracts, standardized metrics/logic) powering dashboards, reporting, and workforce insights.• Drive scalable data modeling and pipeline reliability in partnership with Technology, balancing performance, cost efficiency, and maintainability in a highly matrixed enterprise.• Lead Product Engineering delivery across Tableau, IBM Cognos, and custom Python applications—translating complex workforce questions into usable products for non-technical stakeholders.• Establish enterprise data governance, quality, and security standards—aligning definitions across business units/subsidiaries and translating business requirements into engineering deliverables.• Lead CHRO-sponsored HR Data Governance Council, governing HR data usage and integrations (vendor requests, new data flows, and emerging analytics/AI use cases) with multiple legal, GIS and ER partners.• Improve transparency and adoption of trusted data through stronger curation and cataloging (e.g, Alation), reducing redundant requests and increasing self-service.• Advance automation across data operations and reporting; develop foundational capabilities and guardrails to safely support AI-enabled analytics and agentic workflows as they scale.
