I am a partner in the KPMG audit practice in Calgary and a securities reviewing partner with significant experience with public and private entities. I have been with KPMG for over 20 years and focus on the energy sector.I have significant experience serving public and private entities operating in Canada, the US and internationally. My focus on auditing and accounting issues is augmented by my experience with equity and debt offering, acquisitions and tax structuring. I am a member of KPMG’s National Markets Committee and well versed in the securities requirements in various jurisdictions including Europe, AIM, the US and Canada. I have worked closely with clients, their legal and tax advisors, underwriters, nomads and sponsors on an array of exchanges including the TSX, NASDAQ, NYSE, Oslo, NYSE, AIM and the Warsaw exchange. My array of clients include Enerplus, Husky Energy, Cervus Equipment, Secure Energy Services, Gran Tierra, Surge Energy, Obsidian and Precision Drilling.
