During my time with a specialty apparel brand in the Upper Midwest, I worked on a number of teams, initially as a implementation analyst with the Finance and Inventory Control Departments. A majority of my time was spent as a part of the Industrial Engineering team, that designed, built, and implemented a state of the art 500k sq ft. fulfillment center, heavily utilizing automation and robotics. Accomplishments included:1. Developed process driven strategies for the Inventory Management, Labor Management, and Training & Operational Adoption. Developed logic to help systematically organize multiple millions of units of product within the warehouse.3. Implemented Manhattan WMS4. Designed, Implemented, and Operationalized a Manhattan Labor Management System module.5. Developed and Provided Onsite Training for 50+ leaders and associates on all Inbound & Outbound Functions, as well as Labor Management Administration. Coordinated with various vendor parties to ensure requirements and deadlines were met.
