Lead owner-side delivery of capital projects across Silver Hotel Group’s hotel portfolio, from planning through close-out • Oversee hotel renovations, repositionings, and PIPs, including guestrooms, public areas, F&B, back-of-house, and building systems • Manage due diligence, budgeting, value engineering, scheduling, and risk mitigation for active and pipeline assets • Serve as primary liaison between ownership, operators, brands, consultants, and contractors • Drive consultant selection, procurement strategy, contract negotiations, and project governance • Ensure projects align with brand standards, asset strategy, and long-term portfolio performance • Deliver complex renovations in live hotel environments while minimizing operational disruption • Implement clear project controls, reporting frameworks, and executive-level visibility • Support acquisitions and redevelopment through feasibility studies, scope definition, and capital forecasting • Apply 15+ years of hospitality, commercial, and residential project experience to strengthen execution and outcomes
