With a robust background in sales and recruiting, coupled with my recent experience in bookkeeping, I am eager to return to my passion for sales and recruitment and contribute to your team\'s success. During my tenure as a Technical Recruiter at Apex Systems and Banyan Recruitment, I honed my skills in talent acquisition, proactive networking, and building lasting relationships with clients and candidates. My ability to identify and attract top talent, coupled with my strong communication skills, allowed me to fulfill the recruitment needs efficiently and effectively. I successfully managed the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating onboarding processes. In addition to my recruitment experience, I have a background in sales that includes outside sales and client negotiations. At Jumbo Banzai, I demonstrated my ability to drive sales, negotiate contracts, and deliver exceptional customer service, which resulted in increased revenue and customer satisfaction. My recent role as a Full Charge Bookkeeper has further developed my attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
