About Shane Wurdeman
I am passionate about prosthetic and orthotic rehabilitation, and trying to improve the science and quality of care within this area. I worked as a technician to first get experience in the field of P&O (prosthetics and orthotics), then followed this with school and residency. I worked as a practitioner before realizing I wanted to get more heavily involved with the research within my profession so I pursued my doctorate. More recently I went back to complete a second Master\'s degree, focusing on the transformation of US healthcare system towards a model of value-based care in achieving the quadruple aim of healthcare.I have a beautiful wife and together we have 2 wonderful children. I love spending any free time with these 3, whether we are doing some specific task or just hanging out doing puzzles, absolute best times of my life.View my bibliography
