Inventory Management • Responsible for optimizing inventory levels and fill rates across the Performance Health distribution network so that service level targets are met • Establish and maintain appropriate target stock levels, safety stock, and surge stock levels using ERP and statistical inventory management tools and techniques • Actively review and manage lead times with the goal to reduce them • Actively review and manage safety stock and cycle stock to optimize inventory levels • Use financial analysis tools to analyze Total Supply Chain costs with the goal to maximize working capital. Supply Chain Planning • Develop/measure product forecasts using ERP models and tools • Develop and maintain planning for Amazon sales channel • Communicate forecasts to stakeholders as needed • Meet regularly with Marketing/Purchasing to review product forecasts, market trends, promotions etc. • Analyze channel/product mix, identify gaps and value creation opportunities Report Writer/BI Developer • Develop reports and apps connecting via SQL data warehouse for both reporting and analysis purposes • Ensure automated refreshes for company-wide dashboards • Build customized visuals on a department-to-department basis • Enable the use of data and data automation in the goal to optimize the business as a whole • Navigate and customize datasets from unstructured raw data
